Curb<\/a>, the taxi hailing app, allows users to get a yellow taxi on demand, similar to ordering an Uber. Users will input their desired \u201cto\u201d and \u201cfrom\u201d addresses and a yellow cab will be sent their way. After the trip, the user will be charged the final cost via a credit card they have stored in the Curb app. Here is how to add your desired payment method to your Curb account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to <\/strong>add a credit or debit card on the Curb App:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

1. Open the Curb app on your smartphone and tap “Payments”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Tap “Add Credit Card.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Next, enter your card’s number, expiration date, security code, and billing ZIP code. You can also tap “Scan Your Card” to use your phone’s camera to scan the front of your card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Curb accepts only US-based Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is also important to note that Curb may reject a card due to an invalid billing ZIP code or security code. Make sure your credit card is up-to-date before adding!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to <\/strong>remove a credit or debit card on the Curb App:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

1. Open the Curb app on your smartphone and tap “Payments”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Tap the small arrow to the right of on the card you wish to delete, and select the option to remove the card.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to <\/strong>link your PayPal account on the Curb App:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

1. Open the Curb app on your smartphone and tap “Payments”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Tap the PayPal icon and follow the prompts to link your PayPal account to the Curb app.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you want to set a default payment method, you may also do so in the “Payments” section of the Curb app. Simply press the arrow next to the payment method you would like to use, and turn the default option on!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Tap \u201cSign Up\u201d and enter your first name, last name, mobile phone number, email, and preferred password. Then tap \u201cSign Up\u201d again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. At this point you will receive a text from Curb prompting you to text the number back with the word \u201cCURB\u201d to complete your verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Read and agree to the terms of service, then tap \u201cAccept.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Follow the prompt to add a payment method and start riding!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you have signed up you will see a home map screen that will allow you to input your desired pick-up and drop-off location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
